Roll n' Flow Program
This six week Roll n’ Flow program will give you access to movement with increased freedom in your muscles, and therefore your joints. Discover the power of fascia as it relates to the overall health of your body to reduce pain and enhance mobility. You will walk away from the program with specific, targeted techniques to support you in feeling your best on and off of your mat!

Level 2: Play!
Discover your strength, find your float, and embrace the playful side of your vinyasa practice with Aixa in this 6-week journey into inversions and arm balances. Building on the foundation of the Beginner’s Mindset series, this program will guide you through new poses, creative variations, and transitions that flow seamlessly in and out of postures—all with a focus on safety, technique, and fun!

Youth Yoga Summer Camp
Join Lynn to experience fun yoga games, learn age-appropriate yoga poses, and create community with other young yogis!

Pre-Teen Yoga Program

Gain, No Pain: A Roll ‘n Flow Inspired Workshop
Join Callie for a deep dive into the Roll n Flow practice to support you in minimizing pain and alleviating muscle tension. Experience the magic of self-massage techniques (called myofascial compression or MCT) to improve mobility and deepen your overall body-awareness.

108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice
During this celebration you will explore ways to elevate life off of your mat, rededicate yourself to a regular yoga practice, or simply challenge yourself to an asana marathon. Take a moment this solstice to be still, notice what you have achieved, and where you want to go. All levels welcome.

The Baby & Me Program is all about connection. This free-flowing yoga class provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your mat, bond with your baby, and meet other local parents. We will move through a gentle freestyle flow, with a heavy focus on pelvic floor and deep core strengthening. There will be plenty of room for the unexpected, so bring your baby and let’s have some fun!

Mindful Athletes Program
Join Billy for a 6 week program on Tuesdays at 6pm made for athletes by an athlete. Gain access to the missing piece that will support you in becoming a next-level competitor. Touted by champions around the world, a mindfulness practice is the workout your brain didn’t know it needed.

All expecting or current baby-parents welcome!
Learn more about the prenatal and Baby & Me offerings possible at SWEAT.
Start with a gentle movement session then transition into Q&A/discussion.
Babies* are welcome to attend with you, too!
The info session is in-person only. Registration is limited. If you would like to come with a partner(s), please ensure that each of you enroll individually.

Special Note: Bring your yoga mat, a blanket that’s comfortable for baby to lay on, and a burp cloth. An extra diaper or two with a changing pad are also encouraged, just in case!

There will be a $30 fee for all no-shows and late cancellations (inside the three hour window before class begins).

Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Alice Riccardi
Join Alice Riccardi, Yoga Alliance E-RYT, for a transformative and inclusive Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Yin Yoga supports and strengthens the Yin aspects of the body (connective tissue, ligaments, and tendons) as well as enhancing and aligning the more subtle aspects of the body’s energy as it relates to Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Meridian system.

Inversion Workshop

Vision Board Workshop
Join us for an inspiring and transformative journey with Alex, designed to help you gain clarity, release what no longer serves you, and step into your fullest potential. This is more than creating a vision board—it’s an opportunity to set powerful intentions aligned with your aspirations, leaving you empowered, focused, and ready to embrace all that 2025 has to offer.
