The SWEAT Reset is a 30-day guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and establish habits that last. Each track includes weekly virtual nutrition calls, structured phases of nutrition and movement schedules, and the flexibility to participate virtually or in person with your favorite classes at SWEAT Power Yoga.

Cleanse Prep Call: Friday, 1/23 at 12:00PM EST (60 min)

Transition Call: Wednesday, 2/4 at 6:00PM EST (60 min)
