All of our classes are accessible to all levels. You are welcome as you are.

SWEAT offers a variety of classes. Our goal is to provide you opportunities to practice that align with the body you show up in daily.  Classes at SWEAT range from a more physical, heated vinyasa practice to a restorative practice.

Movement Classes

All levels are welcome to our movement classes. Individuals aged 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 16+ may practice independently. There is no maximum age. If you feel good, we feel good!

SWEAT Session

Intensity:

Our Signature heated Vinyasa Yoga experience builds strengths, resilience and stamina as you move through dynamic, full-body postures that support optimal range of motion for optimal mobility and dynamic flexibility.  Explore a rhythm of breath and movement that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and at ease. 

The use of radiant, infrared panels to heat the room to 95 degrees aim to support the body’s natural detoxification systems.

Candlelight Power Yoga

Intensity:

This is the SWEAT Session you know and love, with an ambiance of dimly lit LED candles that will enhance your sense of relaxation, and perhaps boost the fun with the elevated challenge of balancing in the dark.

We suggest participating in at least 3 SWEAT sessions before taking this class.

TRX Yoga

Intensity:

A Vinyasa-based practice that integrates the TRX Suspension Trainer throughout the entire class. This innovative approach supports balance and coordination while helping you access deep core strength, stability, and control, without sacrificing the fluidity of yoga.  Expect a playful, empowering experience that encourages exploration, builds confidence, and dissolves hesitation.

TRX Fit Flow

Intensity:

A high-energy blend of TRX Yoga and bodyweight resistance training. This dynamic class merges yoga and fitness to elevate your heart rate while emphasizing breath control, strength, stability, and resilience. Designed to be challenging, fun, and uniquely effective, TRX Fit Flow offers the best of both worlds, movement with purpose and power.

Soul Session

Intensity:

You can have it all. SOUL Session weaves together the strength of Vinyasa, the stillness of Yin, and the healing support of Restorative Yoga into one thoughtfully curated experience.  This class is an ideal introduction to the core styles offered at SWEAT and a powerful reminder that balance doesn’t require choosing between effort and ease, it invites both.

The room is kept at a comfortable ambient temperature. During colder months, we recommend bringing light layers to stay comfortable throughout class.

Yin Yoga

Intensity:

A gentle, introspective practice where floor-based poses are held for several minutes with the support of props. This class targets deep connective tissues while cultivating stillness and a sense of calm, making it an excellent complement to more active yoga styles and a powerful tool for flexibility and relaxation.

The room is kept at a comfortable ambient temperature. During colder months, we recommend light layers for warmth and comfort.

Restore and Release

Intensity:

A deeply restful practice designed to calm the nervous system and support recovery. This class features a small number of fully supported, ground-based postures held for extended periods, allowing the body to relax completely.  With the use of props and guided stillness, Restore and Release promotes stress reduction, nervous system balance, and profound rest.

The room is kept at a comfortable ambient temperature. During colder months, we recommend light layers for warmth and comfort.

When you want to mix things up, try our specialty classes. These unique experiences are offered periodically during the month to create opportunities to deepen and explore your practice.

SWEAT Power Fusion

Intensity:

A high-energy vinyasa flow that combines the SWEAT Session with strength, dynamic movement, and HIIT-style bursts. Designed to build heat and intensity, this class will challenge you with power, precision, and explosive energy.

Occurs approximately once per month on Fridays

Moon Phase Flow

Intensity:

Harness the energies of the current new or full moon in your movement practice. Experience a flow combined with breath and mediation elements to create an experience that will leave you feeling connected to body and spirit.

Roll n Flow

Intensity:

Roll n Flow infuses myofascial compression techniques (MCT), a form of “self massage,” into your vinyasa yoga session. Restore elasticity, improve fluidity, and encourage function within your soft tissues.

Serenity Session

Intensity:

Ground yourself in a lying down meditation practice known as yoga nidra. Gain access to the space that floats between awake and asleep to tap into your deepest rest.
