Reflections From Self-Discovery Graduates

  • "Not only did I learn a lot about yoga, meditation, and my own personal journey, I learned there is a lot more to being a yoga teacher than simply calling out the cues and telling people to count to ten. I do not regret it one bit! It was worth every penny, every hard minute, and every magical moment."

  • "YTT was truly an awakening for me. It allowed me to see the big picture. To see how one life event leads to another. To understand how every single thing is connected. Yet, I learned the importance of being present. Oh, I also learned how to teach yoga."

  • "New I was initially self-conscious as there were many people who signed up that were better at yoga movement than me. I went into the program with less confidence than I normally have but I committed, and I knew I was going to see it through. I can tell you that it was one of the best experiences of my life." Item

  • "YTT has opened up the door of possibilities on and off my mat. I learned that trusting the process will allow what will be to be. To put it into words is not easy but to experience it and do the work is amazing."
