Teen and Athlete Yoga

These programs offer a combination of power and restorative yoga built with teens and youth in mind. This can elevate health and performance through utilizing the combined capacities of power yoga, restorative yoga, myofascial compression, and mindfulness.

For ages 10-17.

Teen Yoga

When attending Teen Yoga at SWEAT, you can expect to move through a one hour class with a combination of power vinyasa yoga and restorative stretching.

Begin with a continuous flow to warm up and slow down with opening poses towards the latter part of the hour. Work on visualizing, breathing, and strategies to handle stressful situations whether it be in school, sports, or in life.

Offered Sundays from 4:00-5:00 pm.

Athlete Yoga

Join us at SWEAT or host a SWEAT teacher at your site. If we come to you, we ask you to provide athletes with all materials needed for practice. In-studio classes may be heated for added health benefits.

Begin with a continuous flow to warm up and slow down with opening poses to conclude. Work on visualizing, breathing, and strategies to handle stressful situations whether it be in school, sports, or in life.

We are also willing to work with you to cater the class to the specific needs of your athletes. Pre-season, post-season, and everything in between.
