What it is:
Purpose in Motion is a 50-hour immersive journey grounded in Embodied Motion, a principle-based movement method that cultivates clarity and connection to a purposeful, fulfilling life. Through intentional movement, nervous system awareness, and embodied practice, you’ll learn to listen inward, build trust in their own guidance, and translate clarity into aligned action, on and off the mat.

What you’ll explore:
How it works:
We begin with an in-person immersive retreat to kickoff our time together, to embody this work. Then, we integrate for six weeks afterward through hybrid weekend labs plus weekday virtual mentorships so what you learn becomes the way you live.

This 50-hour program teaches the Embodied Motion method, movement principles you can apply anywhere. This is where movement becomes a mirror for your inner world, organizing the body, nervous system, and internal experience so you can act with confidence and integrity.
What Makes it different:
Through Embodied Motion, you will:

We use yoga and movement drills as the training ground, but what you learn applies to any modality: yoga, strength training, running, hiking, cycling, anything. This is about learning principles you can carry with you.
But this isn’t only about mechanics.
When you move with full attention, you enhance your ability to listen. When you can sense what is happening inside your body when you move, you build the capacity to sense what is happening inside your body when you are living your life.
This is the somatic practice beneath the movement: staying present, noticing signals, responding with clarity instead of reacting with habit. Over time, that becomes intuitive. You build a relationship that helps you hear your internal landscape, trust what you know, and take the next right action toward what you want.
Your practice is never just physical.
It is a safe place to build a willingness to look, the courage to feel, and the wisdom to accept. In that space, you begin to see your patterns clearly: how you respond to challenge and learn how to stay calm and clear when discomfort rises.

By the end, movement becomes a mirror: a place where you practice the qualities that allow you to move through your life with more intention and self-leadership. You will understand how to move your body with intelligence, how to create whole-body connection, and how to return to a practice that steadies you and strengthens you. You will build the discipline to show up for yourself, cultivate the awareness to see clearly, and the capacity to choose with alignment.
The environment we will co-create will require:
