An Immersive Journey With Integrated Support.
WHAT IT IS:
Purpose in Motion is a 50-hour program that teaches intelligent movement principles you can apply anywhere. Learn to use these practices to build discipline that feels empowering, not punishing. You’ll turn your movement routine into a consistent practice of self-trust, clarity, and purpose-full action.
You’ll learn how to create:
~ Movement with intelligence
~ A grounded presence through uncertainty
~ A consistent practice
~ More aligned actions towards your life’s goals.
We use yoga and movement drills as the training ground, but what you learn applies to any modality: yoga, strength training, running, hiking, cycling, anything. This is about learning principles you can carry with you.
But this isn’t only about mechanics.
When you move with full attention, you enhance your ability to listen. When you can sense what is happening inside your body when you move, you build the capacity to sense what is happening inside your body when you are living your life.
This is the somatic practice beneath the movement: staying present, noticing signals, responding with clarity instead of reacting with habit. Over time, that becomes intuitive. You build a relationship that helps you hear your internal landscape, trust what you know, and take the next right action toward what you want.
Your practice is never just physical.
It is a safe place to build a willingness to look, the courage to feel, and the wisdom to accept. In that space, you begin to see your patterns clearly: how you respond to challenge and learn how to stay calm and clear when discomfort rises.
That’s why Purpose in Motion includes inner work: to help you clarify what matters, and take aligned action, even when conditions can feel a bit overwhelming and unclear.
In Person/Virtual Immersion Program
What:
We begin with an in-person immersive retreat to kickoff our time together, to embody this work. Then, we integrate for six weeks afterward through hybrid weekend labs plus weekday virtual mentorships so what you learn becomes the way you live.
Immersive Retreat In Person at Gather Greene, NY
August 3rd - August 6th, 2026
August 3rd: Program begins at 3pm.
August 4th and 5th: 7am - 7pm.
August 6th: Program concludes at 12pm.
Movement training, workshops, reflection, and embodied integration. Meals included.

Off-site solo package (7 spots): $1,897
Off-site shared package (2 rooms, 4 spots): $1,797
Shared packages must be booked as a pair.
Payment plans are available, and pricing reflects additional administrative and processing costs.

$500 non-refundable down payment due at time of application will be deducted from total cost.

Pricing does not include transportation to and from the Immersive Retreat

Full commitment to Purpose in Motion give you the opportunity to lead with embodied clarity. By the end, movement becomes a mirror: a place where you practice the qualities that allow you to move through your life with more intention and self-leadership. You will understand how to move your body with intelligence, how to create whole-body connection, and how to return to a practice that steadies you and strengthens you. You will build the discipline to show up for yourself, cultivate the awareness to see clearly, and the capacity to choose with alignment.
The environment we will co-create will require:
Your full participation in all program offerings (retreat, labs and mentorship)

Commitment to your movement practice outside of our time together.
