CLEAR THOUGHTS. FULL HEARTS. CAN'T LOSE.

Mindful Communities Teacher Training

120-hour Meditation Teacher Training

SWEAT Power Yoga’s Mindful Communities Teacher Training is designed to lead you to a happier, healthier, and more present state — right here and right now, exactly where you are.

By developing a meditation practice or diving deeper into your existing practice, you will bring the benefits of meditation to your day-to-day experience and discover a richer quality of life that’s always available, so long as you’re willing to look.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be Certified Meditation Guides, qualified to lead Mantra, Mindfulness, and Loving Kindness practices.

Over the Course of this Training…

You’ll be guided through a deeper knowledge of meditation and mindfulness through practice, study, science, history, and application of a variety of techniques, which shows how “ancient” practices have the power to remedy “modern” problems.

With The Support of Peers, a Mentor, and an Ever-Growing Community, you’ll be able to integrate these practices into the fabric of your daily life and realize the transformative power of slowing down and increasing your capacity for compassionate, present moment awareness.

Reflections From Billy’s Students

  • "Billy made meditation simple and broke it down in a practical way; it wasn’t overwhelming, it was something doable to practice on my own."

  • "Wonderful teacher & facilitator! It’s clear Billy is passionate and knowledgeable about the topics presented, which helped to create a very engaging learning environment."

  • "Billy is clear, authentic, and relatable. He made what could be considered complex topics accessible and understandable, weaving humor throughout, which kept me engaged and curious to learn more."

  • "I loved how Billy took big concepts and put them into bite sized pieces. He adds humor to lighten the mood and make the topics more digestible."

  • "Billy made meditation something I see as a benefit in day to day life now, and how I meditate is unique to myself. There’s no right or wrong, and this program was a very positive experience, unlike my first attempt attempting to fit meditation into my daily life and routine."

  • "Billy showed me that meditation is for everyone -- even me! His approachability immediately creates a comfortable and safe space to meditate, whether for a true beginner or a seasoned meditator. He creates a space that makes you want to come back and meditate over and over again."
