FAQs

  • We have six distinct styles of movement classes on our schedule: SWEAT Sessions (Power Vinyasa Yoga), TRX Yoga, Roll n Flow, Soul Sessions, Restore & Release. We also offer Guided Meditations.

  • Our classes are for ALL levels, from aspiring yogis to seasoned practitioners. If you want a great SWEAT, choose one of our more active classes like a SWEAT Session or TRX Yoga. Roll n Flow and Soul Sessions are held in a mild temperature room to provide more moderate intensity. For a restorative practice, check out Restore and Release and Meditation.

  • There is no expectation to be “bendy” or look like the yoga models in the media. We prioritize functional movement. Our classes are here to help increase flexibility, stability, and mobility.

  • Your practice is about connecting with, listening to, and creating what feels good in your body. There is no expectation to complete every pose; we even promote an early savasana (or final resting pose) if you are feeling it!

  • Yes! The combination of our infrared heat, vinyasa flow, and breath practice will allow your body to eliminate toxins and reveal a whole new power within you in all of our classes. The only exceptions are Restore and Release, and Meditation.

  • SWEAT Sessions are heated to 90-95 degrees. TRX Yoga, Soul Sessions, and Roll n Flow are heated to 80 to 85 degrees. Restore and Release and Meditation are at room temperature.

  • Being properly hydrated and fueled is important for a strong practice. We recommend a small snack two hours or so before class - a smoothie, piece of fruit, or 1/2 of an energy bar - if that feels good to you. You are encouraged to come to class hydrated. Start hydrating the day before your first class to make sure your body is ready to SWEAT.

  • You and your energy! Additional items may include a yoga mat, yoga blocks, a water bottle, a small sweat towel, and a yoga mat towel. No worries if something is forgotten. We rent and sell yoga mats, water bottles, hand towels, and yoga mat towels.

  • We recommend wearing wicking athletic attire. Shorts or tights are welcome and we recommend form-fitting tank tops/t-shirts. Changing stalls are available if you would like to change before or after class.

  • Kick off your shoes and relax with us! We walk around barefoot in our yoga studio and promote optimal health. Please remove your shoes in the lobby and place them in the designated shoe drop locations. If you are more comfortable in socks than bare feet, feel free to wear them into the studio. Just keep in mind that the socks may slide a bit during the practice if they are loose.

  • The age requirement to attend classes independently is 16 years old. Students aged 13-15 are welcome when accompanied by an adult. There is no maximum age. We feel good if you feel good!

  • We share our space with a bike shop and a salon. There are (3) designated parking spots directly in front of the salon for their patrons only. Please be mindful of our neighbors when parking your vehicle for class.
