Week 1: Yoga and Mindfulness
During this three day program you will learn how to move mindfully through yoga poses and partner poses, develop mindful habits such as mindful walking/ eating and work on breath work to increase relaxation and ease.
Week 2: Yoga and Meditation
During this three day program you will learn yoga poses and partner poses as meditation in motion, each day you will practice a different meditation tool or two!
Week 3: Yoga and Brain Breaks
During this three day program you will learn yoga poses and partner poses, techniques that can be used to help you gear up for the new school year, tune out of technology and how to deal with social media. Creating an "I am" mentality that will empower you to be the best version of you there is!
