Susan has enjoyed a 30+ year career in health, wellness and fitness. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for over 10. "I came to yoga wanting to try something new, change my physique and stretch....I stayed for what it did for me off the mat. Yoga shifted my perspective. Yoga shifted my focus.
